Photographer Hosokawa Ryohei is based in Tokyo. He captures the energetic nightlife of the Japanese capital. And does a fantastic work!
Its vibrant night landscapes portray the fascinating metropolis of cement and neon, its buildings and inhabitants.
Hosokawa Ryohei often plays with perspective, light and reflections, using puddles and streets that are slippery with rain as part of his compositions. In them, buildings and urban flashes are reflected in their liquid surfaces. Most of his images are long exposure snapshots.
More of his marvelous images:
I’ve never been there in Tokyo and I have to. Soon.
Ryohei photographs with an Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark II camera. You can check his Instagram account too.
